How seats work
- Start with yourself. Team owners buy a Personal plan first — it covers their own reminders across every team.
- Each person is one seat. A team member needs a claimed seat to create, receive or be assigned reminders. Anyone can join and follow the team for free.
- Seats belong to the team. Seats can’t move between teams — each team has its own seats and its own bill. Remove someone and their seat is free for the next person.
