Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms govern your use of TelPager at telpager.com and through the TelPager Telegram bot.

Using TelPager

  • TelPager is a reminder service: you send a message, confirm the schedule, and we deliver the reminder to you in Telegram. By creating an account or messaging the bot, you agree to these terms.
  • You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for anything done through it.
  • Accounts start with reminders off: nothing is delivered until you review and confirm a reminder.
  • Individual access to reminder delivery may be granted by us directly. Company (team) access is managed by your organisation's licence, its approved email domains and its shared seat pool; your seat may be reassigned by your organisation's administrators.

Reminders and delivery

  • A reminder only becomes active after you explicitly confirm it — a draft or shared template never arms itself.
  • Delivered reminders may include Done, Snooze and Reschedule actions; snoozing and rescheduling follow the schedule you confirm.
  • We aim for timely delivery, but delivery depends on Telegram and network availability. Reminders may be delayed or fail during outages; failed deliveries are retried automatically for a limited period.
  • Quiet hours and disabled notifications suppress deliveries as configured in your settings.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use TelPager to harass anyone, send unlawful content, spam, or attempt to access other users' data or the service's internals.
  • Do not send someone a reminder assignment without a legitimate reason to do so; recipients can decline any assignment.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that put the service or other users at risk.

Third-party services

  • Telegram: reminders are delivered through the official Telegram bot API. Your use of Telegram is also governed by Telegram's own terms.
  • Google Calendar: if you connect a calendar, TelPager creates events for reminders you choose to sync. TelPager reads only busy/free availability for overlap warnings and never reads event titles or details.
  • We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

Teams and licences

  • Organisations may purchase or be granted licences that unlock access for their members through approved email domains and shared seats.
  • Organisation administrators manage seats, domains and access for their members. Platform administrators may act on accounts where necessary to operate the service, and every such change is recorded in an audit log.
  • If your seat is revoked or a licence expires, reminder delivery stops; your existing reminders stay visible to you and can be viewed, completed, edited or deleted.

Fees

  • Access is currently granted directly by TelPager, including during company pilots. If paid plans are introduced later, we will state the price, billing period and cancellation terms before charging anything, and separate payment terms will apply.

Availability and changes

  • We work to keep the service running — including the scheduler that dispatches reminders independently of the website — but the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
  • We may add, change or discontinue features. Material adverse changes will be communicated in advance where practical.

Termination

  • You may stop using TelPager at any time and request deletion of your account and reminders.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment where fees apply.

Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, TelPager is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including missed appointments or events, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
